Rental Agreement

Dear guest,

Thank you very much for considering Mouzinho 134 for your stay!

Upon confirmation of your booking you’ll receive an email with all the necessary information regarding your stay.

 

There are however some questions that you may have previously:

Payment/Deposit

Payment can be made either through Paypal or Credit Card.

​

We do not require any deposit.

​

 

Cancellation Policy:

Apartments

• CANCELLATION Policy: Please notice that a 5% fee is always charged to cover adminstrative fees.

• Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival, full refund

• Up to 48 hours, 50% refund

• Less than 48 hours no refund

If you wish to make a booking cancellation or modification, please contact us.

 

If you made a reservation through a different website, please contact them directly for the cancellation.

Rental Rules:

1. No smoking. All our rentals are non-smoking. By accepting this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. Please notice that there are three apartments with balconies where you can smoke (Orange, White and Brown apartments).

2. According to the Portuguese Law, the hours of silence are from 22:00 to 07:00 please respect the neighbors.

3. You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.

4. Do not move the furniture please.

5. ACCOMMODATION BULLETIN: The SEF accommodation bulletin is mandatory to ALL foreign visitors in Portugal, as it is intended to monitor foreign nationals in the country. All foreign citizens, including nationals of other member states of the European Union, must complete an accommodation bulletin when staying in a hotel, tourist resort, local lodging establishment or similar tourist accommodation.

Check-In / Arrival Instructions:

Check-in from 16:00 PM.

​

 

Check-Out / Departure Instructions:

Check-out is until 11:00 AM

Cleaning:

The property is cleaned prior to your arrival.

A weekly clean with change of linen and towels is included in the price for stays longer than 7 nights.

If you need additional cleaning services please let us know at the time of booking. This service will be charged apart from the booking rate, and its price will vary depending on the apartment and number of guests.

City Tax: (As ordered by Câmara Municipal do Porto)
To consolidate Porto as an attractive and sustainable city from the 1st of March 2018 anyone older than 13 years, staying a night in Porto, pays the tax per night, per person for a maximum of seven straight nights per person and per stay.

2€ per overnight stay and per person, up to a maximum total value of 14€ (Seven straight nights per overnight stay/person).
The tourist tax is paid as a single amount in the final bill.

Tourist tax payment is due to the management of the hotel, holiday homes, guesthouses, hostels and tourist resorts, for overnight stay.

Please note that this tax goes directly to the Porto’s city hall.
